Content system
We build a workflow that turns voice notes, ideas and existing writing into consistent content drafts, then support the agreed system month by month.
Book a callWho it is for
It is a practical starting point for experts, consultants and small teams that want to publish more consistently.
The types below are examples. Actual support depends on the tools and workflow confirmed during discovery.
Voice notes, meeting recordings, topic notes, rough writing or existing long-form content.
Cleaning, structuring, adapting to the chosen channel and preparing a first draft in the agreed voice.
Blog drafts, social posts or other written formats explicitly confirmed during setup.
Transparent example
The scenario below is an illustrative product example created to explain the workflow; it is not client work.
“Clients ask where to start with AI. I suggest finding the most repetitive part of their day first, then beginning with one small workflow they can measure.”
Not sure where to start with AI? Start with the work, not the tools. Find one task you repeat every day, build a small workflow around it, measure the result and improve what proves useful.
Before launch, replace this illustration with a real, approved and shareable demonstration.
Working model
We configure the agreed content workflow, prepare the relevant connections and deliver against defined acceptance criteria.
We provide defined support to keep the agreed system working as intended.
Scope and pricing are discussed on the call. Automation-platform, model/API and hosting charges are shown separately in the proposal.
Scope boundaries
| Topic | Default approach |
|---|---|
| Review and publishing | The system prepares drafts; accuracy, final edits and publishing approval stay with the agreed reviewer. |
| Additional development | New workflows, substantial integrations and new features are scoped separately. |
| Usage costs | The proposal states who pays for automation platforms, model/API use and hosting. |
| Accounts and access | Ownership, required access and the handover after maintenance are agreed in writing before setup. |
| After cancellation | Access removal, account status and transferable assets follow the exit plan in the agreement. |
It covers agreed troubleshooting, bug fixes and routine updates for the system named in the proposal. It does not mean unlimited support or round-the-clock availability.
Setup acceptance criteria and included revision rounds are defined in the proposal. Significant changes requested later are assessed as separate work.
The default is to send drafts for human review. Automatic publishing is only considered if risks, permissions and approval rules are explicitly agreed.
Access, running components, platform payments and transferable assets follow the exit plan in the agreement. The exact outcome depends on the chosen architecture.
First step
We’ll discuss your existing sources, goals and the smallest useful starting scope.
