AI solutions shaped around your work

Focus on your business. We’ll handle the AI.

We start by making content production easier—building a system that turns your ideas and existing material into a consistent publishing workflow, then supporting it month by month.

Designed to fit. One-time setup. Ongoing support within an agreed scope.

Example workflow

Flagship solution

From raw ideas to publishable content.

We turn repetitive production steps into a system configured around the way you work. You bring the source material; we handle setup, automation and technical upkeep.

Start with what you already have

Bring a voice note, meeting recording, rough outline or an existing article into the agreed workflow.

Configure it around your voice

We define tone, formats and content rules together during setup.

Keep publishing decisions human

The system prepares drafts; your chosen reviewer retains accuracy checks and final approval.

The scenario below is an illustrative product example created to explain the workflow; it is not client work.

Provided input

A short voice note

“Clients ask where to start with AI. I suggest finding the most repetitive part of their day first, then beginning with one small workflow they can measure.”

Task: Create a clear first draft for a LinkedIn post from the voice note.

Prepared draft

A structured post

Not sure where to start with AI? Start with the work, not the tools. Find one task you repeat every day, build a small workflow around it, measure the result and improve what proves useful.

Human contribution: This example was edited for language and flow. In real use, the customer checks accuracy and brand voice and makes the publishing decision.

What we build

Where should we begin?

From content production to repetitive operations, each system starts with a specific need.

02

Workflow automation

We look at repetitive tasks and the hand-offs between the tools you use.

Discuss your workflow
03

Custom tools

We design small, useful web tools around a clearly defined business problem.

Share your idea

How it works

From the first conversation to a working system.

01

We listen

We understand your goals, source material and current process together.

02

We build

We agree the scope and prepare a solution or small pilot around your needs.

03

We improve together

We review the results and refine the system within the agreed support scope.

The engagement has two parts: a one-time customer setup and monthly maintenance/support within agreed boundaries. New workflows, substantial integrations and platform usage costs are scoped separately.

Frequently asked questions

What to know before we start.

Every project is clarified through a conversation. These answers explain the boundaries of the working model.

Who is the content system for?

It is designed for experts and small teams with useful ideas or source material who struggle to turn it into consistent content drafts. We assess fit against your current process on the first call.

What do I need to provide?

Bring your goals, audience, existing examples and the source types you want to use. We do not ask for sensitive documents or private source files during the initial enquiry.

Who reviews and publishes the content?

The system makes drafting easier. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, the customer remains responsible for accuracy checks, final edits and publishing approval.

How do setup and monthly support differ?

The one-time setup configures the agreed workflow. Monthly maintenance and support covers agreed troubleshooting, bug fixes and routine updates. New capabilities are assessed separately.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is quoted after clarifying source types, output formats, integrations and support boundaries. Responsibility for automation, model/API and hosting charges is shown separately.

Who owns my sources and accounts?

Account ownership, access, platform costs and the handover process after maintenance ends are agreed in writing before work begins. Unless agreed otherwise, buying setup does not transfer source code or intellectual property.
